ABOUT KVC

What is KVC?

KVC Kansas represents one of the broadest child welfare and behavioral healthcare continuums of care in the nation. They help over 12,000 Kansas children and their families each year through prevention services (family preservation), foster care case management, family reunification services, adoption, outpatient behavioral health and more. KVC is the lead agency for the Kansas Department for Children and Families’ Kansas City Metro and East Regions. They are driven by the best interests of each child and family, and have helped Kansas achieve national leadership in child welfare standards set by the federal Child and Family Services Review.
